Makes winged eyeliner soooooooo much easier and I haven’t had it smudge yet. It’s like it sets automatically while still giving you more than enough time to fix a mistake.

Innovative Liner

I thought this product was such a great idea for those that struggle with the eye liner cat eye. Just stamp the outline with one end and fill it in with the other, easy!
