When I got the mitt out of the box, it was really rough and I wasn't sure how I would like it. Later that night, I used it in the shower for the 1st time and initially I thought it was too rough but ended up loving it. When I got out of the shower, my skin was so soft. I have never felt so clean and my skin has never been so soft.
