I love using cleansing oils -- I find they keep my skin more in balance than most cleansers -- so I was super excited to see this in the box! My one fear was using it around my eyes, because neither packaging nor product card said if it was safe for use there, and I've found myself reaching for it only some of the time, because of that.

I have used facial Oil in the past, but felt they were too heavy. This one however was lighter. It went on easily, it wasn't too thin and it wasn't to thick. It was very easy to spread over my skin. It seemed to melt my makeup on contact. I had on full coverage foundation and also waterproof mascara, and it just dissolved it! no smearing, just virtually disappeared! As far as rinsing off, I used a warm wet wash cloth and it left my face feeling so smooth! I feel you need to use a separate cleanser because this doesn't remove completely. One other thing that I thought was odd was that there was just a very subtle smell, but it was almost a castor oil type of smell. I was thinking it would have a really nice scent, but no, it didn't. Which is a good thing if you have really sensitive skin. I would recommend this product.

I love the way this lathers up once you mix it on your moistened face. This oil is not oily, thoroughly cleanses and leaves your face really smooth and clean feeling.
