This certainly deserves the Best Lipliner Award!!! I've never had a lipliner that goes on this smooth, so I'd say it justifies the price tag. You can even use it as a lipstick because it is full coverage and goes on so easily and beautifully. I was very impressed! It is clear this is a quality product. Better have on like this, than a bunch of unused lip liners. ;)
