From reading other reviews I'm thinking I got a bad batch? Mine was so hard to put onto my lips I could have broken the lipstick in half. The color was nice, but it was so dry it almost hurt. Maybe I'll try with chapstick on underneath as another user suggested.

The color was a lovely mauve but the texture of the lipstick was awful. It was difficult to apply and once on the lip it felt dry. It didn't have the staying power I thought it would. Although.... it does blend nicely with other lipsticks, especially moisturizing ones.

I'm not usually a fan of lipsticks, because I find them too heavy and overpowering to wear on a daily basis and almost feel suffocated under them. This lipstick was really special, soft and buttery, felt silky like balm and color was subtle and flattering. I fell in love the first time I applied it and can see myself wearing it on a daily basis.

You guys. I love this lipstick. I love it so much. It's the perfect understated berry matte color, it doesn't smear at all, it lasts pretty long. Since its matte it goes on a little dry, but a little bit of chapstick underneath fixes that quick. I am literally wearing this every day. LOVE.

Terrible, dry formula

This is one of the worst lipstick formulas I've ever used. Yes, the color is beautiful, and it stays on. However, it is incredibly dry and draggy. My lips are not prone to dryness, either. This stuff was almost painful to apply. I usually handle mattes with no issues, but this was nightmarish and unwearable. The packaging looks cool, but it's cheap plastic.

Sticky, not much pigment

I found this lipstick to be a little sticky and I was not real impressed with the level of pigmentation. For this price point I expect the product to be more moisturizing and to have a lot more pigment, particularly since this is meant to be a matte lipstick.
