The product itself is AMAZING! Here is why I hated the packaging: 1. Nails. If you have long nails, a tub of product is difficult to use, and there is a lot of bacteria in nails that has no business being near the eye. 2. Contamination. Kind of along the same lines, but I don't want to dip my fingers into a product (even if I JUST washed them) and then have the product sit there for a day and reapply bacteria to my EYES while adding more bacteria to the tub. Use this product for a few weeks and now I have a stye. I am in no way blaming my stye on this product. However, my eyes were fine before I used this. A pump or tube would be much safer, which is why every other brand is doing this now.
