Gentle, But Ineffective

I have a couple blemishes at the moment that I've been using this serum on. I spot treated the blemishes morning and night (as the product directs) for the past several days, but so far I've seen no results. If anything, the blemishes have worsened, reddened, and become more obvious during this time. I like that the serum doesn't leave my skin dry and flaky as many spot treatments do, and the smell is quite natural. But that doesn't count for much if it doesn't work!
