Not only is the liner cute in its packaging, its smooth and very black as well! Has a thick felt tip but the end of it is very pointed so I think it would be great for winging out! I'm not the best at liquid liners but to anyone who is, definitely worth the price

the liner goes on great but it fades quick. Doesn't keep its black shade black enough. It bleeds too. Kinda bummed. Put shadow over top and it will work better. Not alone. Good try though
