This cocoa was not anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. I thought it was going to taste terrible and bland and gross. It was actually pretty good. It tasted like a dark chocolate cocoa powder b it maybe just a little more earthy. It did dissolve well though and wasn’t gritty at all! I loved that about it! I do think you should get a discount though the bigger in bulk you buy... just like anything else.
