Keeps pores minimized longer

I've tried lots of serums and primers to attempt to minimize pores and mattify (not a word, I realize) my aging skin, while also attempting to appear somewhat youthful and well-rested. This is an impossible feat, I realize! Fresh's Umbrian Clay Serum does a great job of minimizing my pores while giving my skin a matte surface to apply BB creme or a light foundation that looks natural and non-cakey, even at the end of a long work day. When my tester runs out, I'm definitely going to pick up a full-size bottle of this stuff.

More Matte

It seems like every beauty product now has a matte effect so when I used this in conjunction with my other products I was too matte and my face looked like chalk. Obviously this is not the fault of the product, which seems to do what it says it will do, it's just, how many mattifying products does a girl really need? Where's the serum that gives us a dewey glow?

I tend to have combo skin (more so in the winter) with an oily T-zone. I was excited to try this product as it was mattifying. However, it just didn't work that well for me. Within two to three hours I was oily again and blotting my face. The texture felt great and moisturizing on the rest of my face. I would say this would work for ladies with normal to dry skin or slightly oily skin. But definately not for combo or oily.
