I love toners and this one does a great job. It helps take off leftover makeup my cleanser didn't get, it leaves my skin & refreshed, it doesn't dry my skin out, and it doesn't leave a residue. The scent is not overwhelming. I would get it again, but I think the price is pretty high for a toner.
