Very Creamy Lip Pencil
5This lip pencil from gerard cosmetics was one of the smoothest lip pencils I have ever used. It almost felt like it was a lipstick in a pencil and went on to the lips very creamy. I would like this lip pencils in other colors, and would recommend this formula to anyone.
