Can't live without it!

Arrived broken
1Mine arrived broken and they couldn't replace it. Would have loved to have it. Is there a way to purchase it?

Disappointed
2I'm surprised by all of the positive reviews. It is impossible to open the packaging--I have to force it open each time. The color is subtle and smokey but migrates. By the middle of the day I look like I have dark circles/black eyes.

5I would have never purchased this shade just looking at it. The color is so wearable and looks really good. I have worn this shadow numerous times. Very natural looking.
