I used the conditioner after washing my hair and let it sit for minute or two. After rinsing, I could feel just how soft and manageable it made my hair. I could run my fingers through without any trouble. I noticed a difference in the scent in comparison to the shampoo. It really doesn't have one. It still works. And when my hair dried, I could smell the shampoo coming through.
