I really like the face that this came with the Mighty patch. The patch left a little dry skin around the area it covered (while doing it's job nicely btw) and this really helped the dry skin. The foil package was an issue as it let out too much product. Application needed to be precise. While it was great for the dry spots it was too much for the surrounding skin. Pinpoint the placement and it was fantastic. Since the regular applicator has a small nozzle on it, this would be a problem with anything but the sample.
