The Truth
5Ok so i have acne prone skin and always have a few unsightly blind pimples that i wrestle with often. The mighty "OG" patch came right on time. It makes it really hard to beat your face into a flawless finish when your pimples have went into second round on the most profound spots on your face, Such as cheeks, nose, chin etc. I saw immediate results with the patch and was able to wear my concealer, foundation. Very good product and concept. So i would say i won this months battle of the blemish thanks to my "TINY LIL" secret patches! #HeroForsure #Rescueme #Did

Not for me
4Gifted as I don't have acne. Wished I hadn't received and wished the boxes were personalized. Got perfume, acne treatment and lip plumper - won't use any. The Po eye cream made the box worthwhile though!

5Oh my goodness I love these patches! They work so well that I am still amazed. You put the patch on and it goes to work removing your zit. (Sounds gross, I know) The patch swells a little and turns kind of white colored, this is how you know it is working. In 6 hours you take it off and all the yuck is gone! CRAZY! It does not dry your skin out either. I wish these little gems were around when I went through those horrible teen years. ❤️

Mighty Patch Dots - They Actually Work!!!!!
5I hardly ever write a review of anything, but these dots are so good that I felt like I had to. I've used other acne dots with no discernible result, so I was expecting these to do nothing as well. But - amazingly!!! - I tried one, and it did exactly what the package claimed. I've used about a half dozen of them by now, and each one has reduced a pimple to nothing, so much so that only a tiny red mark was visible, which then disappeared within a day. They seem to work best on whiteheads. As soon as I saw how well the first dot worked, I went out and bought two boxes of them. I plan to keep them on hand going forward. Do yourself a favor and try them.
