My only experience with anything similar to the Invisibobble prior to now, was a short lived moment with the off brand ties that do NOT hold hair up, pull your hair, and break all within the first 2 and 1/2 minutes of leaving the store with it. Admittedly, upon opening my GlossyBox and seeing the Invisibobbles, I laughed and said, "Shame on you, Glossy." Anyway, I figured I better at least try it in order to give an accurate review. Well, SHAME ON ME ! These little guys are awesome. I have a long pixie cut and am a 43 year old business professional. So, no ponds here.... just a whole lot of age fighting and free radical zapping facials ! I have very fine hair and am amazed at how well the invisibobble manages to hold all of those little baby hairs out of peel off masks ! They even passed the overnight test ! Okay, so the holding power is great, they do not pull when removing them, the color is subtle so I don't look like a 43 year old teenage wannabe, and gosh ! They hold together and have yet to break and I am 3 weeks in on using them ! I love it !

At first sight this looked like it would pull on my hair but it did not. I like that it stretches but doesn't stay like that. It goes back to its original size after using it.

So my hair is not greasy it’s just fine and nothing stays in it. Everything has always slid out of my hair always, until these….they do not slide and stay in my hair as long as I want/need them too. The only thing I don’t like is they get stretched out badly after daily use but it takes a few months.
