not for thick hair

I know people who use these on thin or straight hair and they swear by them. This sits in my gym bag as a backup hair tie if all my other elastics fail. It doesn't let me easily do a third twist which I need to hold up my thick, wavy hair. It slips down through and definitely leaves indentations where I've worn it.

These are basically like mini keychain wrist bands. I have thin blonde hair, they look stupid. I think they tangle my hair more than a hair tie ever would. And they're hot pink and just look stupid in my\r\n\r\nHair.
