When I saw this was in the box, I honestly was quite excited about it based on the description. I am of mixed race with hair that is curly and quite frizzy at times. I do color it and have some damage.  I thought this product would be gentle on my hair me give it back some life. Using it was a completely different story. This product will never touch my hair again.  The smell was so off putting. Both of the fragrances for the shampoo and conditioner were heavy and cloying.  The shampoo made my hair feel so dry after using it. A shampoo for dry hair and it made my hair feel dry? Ridiculous.  The conditioner was as unimpressive as the shampoo.  My hair still felt dry and was so frizzy after air drying. This product might work for some but if you come from a mixed background with hair to match, stay away from these products.

This product didn’t do much for me. The shampoo didn’t lather well, the conditioner didn’t make my hair feel soft or moisturized.... the smell was decent though

I have dry hair so I was really excited to try this out. However, even used in conjunction with their conditioner, I didn't really notice any results. My split ends didn't get any better, my hair still felt dry. On the upside, this is the best smelling shampoo I've ever tried and my hair smelled great. I would prefer if it made my hair LOOK/FEEL great more.

This shampoo was amazing! It usually takes a moisturizing mask or a leave in conditioner to make my hair soft, but just using this shampoo, no conditioner, did the job. Scent once hair dries is very faint. Washed out real well, not a very 'sudsy' shampoo. Do not recommend to use on ends of hair, if, like mine, is very damaged. Conditioner was okay, did not like the smell. Hair Type: Naturally Straight / Oily
