I wouldn\\'t use this as a highlighter because it\\'s too subtle for that, but it is PERFECT as a setting powder if I want to glow rather than be matte. It keeps my makeup in place all day and makes me look radiant. I love it.

I don\\'t really understand if the Argan Enlightenment Illuminizing Powder Veil is supposed to be a highlighter or a \\veil\\-- I\\'ve been using it as a finishing powder all over after I do my makeup and it works well this way. Little too subtle to be a highlighter in my opinion.
