My favorite brand of nail polish

Streaky finish
2I\\'ve used other Julep polishes in the past and were very satisfied with their performance, so I was really disappointed when the one I got turned out so streaky! The color I got, Nayley, is really beautiful in the bottle but does not apply evenly.
