I think I like Julep's eyeliner more than their nail polishes. It goes on smooth, stays put, and looks great all day. wish it had come with a sharpener though!

I love how this eye liner applies and looks. The plum shade is gorgeous. I hate that it gives me a transfer line above my lid within an hour, even when I wear primer and eyeshadow. It just doesn't dry. I don't have terribly oily skin--I would say it is normal.

This is a wonderful gel eyeliner. The purple color is so dark and gorgeous. I tried the Urban Decay purple gel eyeliner and hands down, this julep gel eyeliner WON. The color was better, the application was better and it is just a wonderful gel liner. Loved it.

:( I was really hoping to fall in love with this as the color was perfect for me, however, I was not happy with the result. It smudged. While the application was very smooth, it did end up smudging, but I will say it took long to smudge than other gel pencils. That's why I gave it the rating or it would have been lower.

I had never used a gel liner before, but I'm completely in love with it now. It went on so smoothly with no tugging. The line was nice and defined, too. I received Bronze, which I was afraid would be too light but it's a deep color which I like. I normally wear black or plum, so the bronze is a nice change of pace. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I got this in the brown shade. (I'm always happy NOT to get yet another black liner, though I wish it had been the purple.) It's a nice basic brown that goes with this season's natural eye looks. The formula is really nice: It glides on smoothly, and wears all day without fading or melting. I think $16 is reasonable for such high quality.
