I thought this makeup remover was nice and gentle. It didn't irritate my skin/eyes at all. It separates fast after you shake it, so you need to be quick applying it to a cotton round. It definitely takes the day off!! I thought it was a little oily, but I always cleanse my face after using this, so it's not a problem.

Overall, I think a lot of makeup removers are similar. But I started having an issue after using a new waterproof, filler, and staining mascara. It doesn’t come off with my other makeup removers or in the shower. I thought I’d have to give up the new mascara that I love until I used this makeup remover. Took off the mascara gently, without taking eyelashes with it. I wear contacts and this formula doesn’t bother my eyes. It’s my go to remover now since it will gently take off any makeup, including waterproof. Love it!
