A delayed love

I love the light pink opaque color but you have to apply it carefully and quickly to get an even coat. Once it's on it stays for a long-long time with the help of my favorite top coat (Seche Vite). \r\n\r\nThe skinny brush and quick drying formula are the main problems. It tends to thicken and get stringy but you can easily fix that with a little nail polish thinner. If you don't have nail polish thinner it's worth buying some if you do your nails at home. You can get a bottle for about $10 and it lasts a long time and works for all types of nail polish. The thin brush is the other problem because it makes it difficult to paint your nail with an even coat so you just have to practice quick strokes with adequate polish so it's not too thin or thick. Put lotion or cuticle oil on the skin around your nail but not on your nail and concentrate on getting an even coat on your nail any polish that gets on your skin can be peeled off easily once your nails dry. You can use a cuticle stick or wet washcloth to help get the polish off your skin. Make sure you let the coats dry before adding another and no more than 3 coats 2 is ideal plus a base and/or top coat, too thick and it will peel off quickly. Also you want to make sure you buff and file nails before you polish so you have a nice even and smooth starting surface because it makes a huge difference. \r\n\r\nIt took me a few tries to get it but now I love this polish and have been wearing it since my box came and I have gotten lots of complements. \r\n

Nearly a one-coater!

I am not at all a fan of pink in general, and tend to shy away from pink polishes as a rule. So when this arrived in my first ever Glossybox, I was not excited. However, the color itself (a ballerina pink creme) and the application swayed me. This shade made my very pale skin look tan, and I loved that it was almost a one-coater. Will definitely be looking to buy more Lauren B polishes in the future.

Okay Polish

I really liked the color in the bottle. The application was a little painful, the first coat looked terrible, really streaky. The second coat evened it out, although it took a lot of work. After four days of wear it had minimal chipping. It dented easily, and even after careful application there were air bubble marks in it after it dried. Overall, I'll use the polish again, but I wouldn't buy another from the same line.

Beatiful Color

Love the color but I had to do 3-4 coats in each finger nail

Two thumbs DOWN

1

Overpriced! I would never pay $18 for a nail polish, especially for this one. I love the color pink, but this milky version of a pale pink is hideous! The formula is runny so it's virtually impossible to apply without making a mess.

Eh...

I loved the packaging and the color is also very nice. However, the product is cheap. I applied on a Tuesday and it started to chip on a Wednesday. Would not waste my money on it.

I'll stick with Essie

I use nail polish regularly, meaning I like to change colors every three to four days. I really liked the color of this....but unfortunately it failed to deliver. After two coats it still looked streaky and sadly, just downright awful in every way. I was so excited to see this in my first glossy box but it was very disappointing. I loved everything else I got though...so that made up for it!
