If you're looking for a 3-coat, bubbling nail polish then this is it! For half a tank of gas you can have a nail polish in a cheap plastic bottle that takes three+ coats to become opaque and then bubbles at the same time! Why pay $2 for E.L.F. polish when you can pay 10X as much for something that does half the job! Buy Never!\r\nColor was true to bottle. Eventually.
