2. Why this restaurant? It has a romantic dark vibe to it and the food is pretty amazing. You feel like you're nestled away in a cozy restaurant far from LA. Try the 'cedar wood salmon', it's delicious.

3. What about a ladies night instead?Catch LA [8715 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood, CA] is a great place to check out with girlfriends. The ambiance is fun and trendy and the rooftop bar/restaurant is beautiful.

 4. What do you plan to do this year for Valentines Day?A romantic dinner with our husbands. 5. Tell us about you and your blogNora and Ani are best friends, who co-founded Modamob together. Valentine's Day date night spot?The Marsh House [401 11th Ave S, Nashville, TN] - it's a new/hip spot with seafood-centric Southern fare from celebrity chef John Besh served in the Thompson Hotel. 2. Why this restaurant?It's a new and fun spot in Nashville. The best part about Nashville is that it's constantly growing and welcoming fresh ideas and cool spots. The food is great, it's a chill environment, and it can definitely be romantic.  3. What about a ladies night instead?I love going to Barcelona Wine Bar [1200 Villa Pl #110] or bartaco [2526 12th Ave S] with girlfriends. I also love going to Old Glory [1200 Villa Pl #103]. It's a hidden bar in Edgehill Village and it's in an old boiler room. It's something you would see straight out of Brooklyn. One of the coolest spots, and their margaritas are on point! 4. Why did you choose these places?These are all great places for a group of your best pals. The environment at each is fun and relaxed. These bars and restaurants are a great place to start your night out in Nashville. 5. What do plan to do this year for Valentines Day?My husband and I will be spending our first Valentine's Day as a married couple in our new house. We will probably do something just the two of us at home, if not at one of the spots I recommended above. We are very relaxed people, and love our nights at home, but we always entertain the idea of a glass of wine or a margarita at one of our go-to spots. 6. Tell us about you and your blog. Lex What Wear is a fashion and lifestyle blog. I am a Kentucky girl, born and raised, but most recently lived in New York City, where I chased my dreams of working in fashion. When I reconnected with my now-husband, I decided to take a leap of faith and move closer to home. Nashville has been such a great city to start life as a wife, and continue to grow my passion. Blogging has been a constant in my life, no matter where I have lived. Every city and experience has shaped my personal style. Sharing it with the world has been the greatest joy of my life.

2. Why this restaurant? It is a very cute and intimate Italian restaurant outside of The Theater District that most people don’t know about. I am a big time pasta lover, and they make THE BEST pasta. I am always a happy girl when leaving.

3. What about a ladies night instead? I love Black Barn [19 E 26th St, New York, NY]

4. Why did you choose this spot? It is an elegant yet relaxed environment with the most amazing food and handcrafted cocktails. It is the perfect place to stay while and catch up with friends.

5. What do plan to do this year for Valentines Day? I’m spending Valentines Day with my first love- Fashion! I will be attending a few NYFW shows that evening.

I love Lonesome Dove [419 Colorado St, Austin, TX] as a Valentine’s date destination. With their romantic low lighting and pre fixe menu,  it’s a sure fire win.

2. Why this restaurant? The food is completely unique and the setting is very upscale but comfortable and intimate.

3. What about a ladies night instead? I love to head to Rock Rose with my girls. There’s an eclectic mix of bars and restaurants all along that one street, my favorites being Mia’s Tapa’s Bar [11420 Rock Rose #120], St. Genevieve and 77 degrees.

4. Why did you choose these places? These three places are each uniquely fun- Mia’s is perfect for light bites and wine with your ladies. St. Genevieve is great happy hour spot after work and 77 degrees is a fun hookah bar that has bottle service as well.

5. What do you plan to do this year for Valentines Day? This year for Valentine’s day my boyfriend and I are heading to Barlotta, a tapas bar we’ve been dying to try for a couple months now.

6. Tell us about you and your blog I’m a Personal Stylist living in Austin, TX. I work with both men and women to pinpoint their specific style needs and then build complimentary wardrobes that are both functional and completely unique to them. I’ve been blogging for just over two years sharing my personal outfits and styling advice and it has allowed me to broaden my reach, now styling people across the US via phone and Skype.
