As far as quality is concerned, this is by far the best lip pencil I have ever used (full disclosure I've only used drugstore lip pencils before so that may not be saying much).  Very smooth texture, non-drying, good pigmentation, and it lasts a pretty darn long time.  I would have loved this in a different color.  This so-called "rosewood" looks very purple when you put it on.  It has warm undertones so I guess it technically looks good on most skintones, but it's not office appropriate and will probably clash with whatever color your shirt is, unless you wear black all the time.  I'm really just not a big fan of purple lips.  Putting a sheer red lipgloss over top makes it look more like the rose color it's supposed to be and less purple.

I guess I'm not the target market for lipliner. Maybe I would have enjoyed this more if it came with a matching lip color? It goes on fine and the color is perfect for my skin tone, but I just don't really line my lips.
