I was excited to try this lip liner cuz I'm always looking for good ones. This liner glided on smoothly. You could also use it as a lipstick. The color looked terrible on me. It says red, but its more like a pink.

A very basic lipliner with no special qualities other than it being severely overpriced and that kind of red that turns fluorescent on lips that are already pink on their own.
