Seeing this is the second cuticle oil I have received from Glossy Box, I'm no more impressed. The only positive thing I have to say about it is I do like the smell of this one better than the the first one I received a number of months ago. This oil made my nail bed dryer than a well known brand that are used in nail salons. In short, I would never recommend this brand seeing I used to be a nail tech. Stick to solar nail if you want good results.

I never had the need for using any type of Treatment Oil/Cream on my cuticles, but now that I have received this product in my July 2018 Glossybox, I understand why I should continue applying Cuticle Treatments in the future. The Mermaid Tears made my cuticles soft and malleable, hence encouraging more rapid growth and better health visible in my fingernails. It is an oil, but my skin absorbed the product so quickly that I didn't smudge anything after 1 minute of application. The smell is pleasant and disappears very quickly. It left my cuticles and skin surrounding the nails themselves soft and easy to trim. The packaging is clean and modern - a welcome addition to my Nailpolish shelf.

I've been looking for a cuticle oil for a while, and Glossybox sent me this product. First off, it smells great. Second, the name is a little creepy, but whatever. Third, it works wonders. My cuticles are chronically dry and I have hangnails all over. This really helps.
