Good spray for a beachy look.

I have used this brand before. It is a good, drugstore brand. It smells great and does a decent job. I have baby fine hair, so it is more of a wave on mine than the messier, fuller beach look.

I don't really notice anything?

First of all, I'm not pleased to get such an inexpensive product in my box when other boxes had expensive primer. That aside, I've soaked my hair in this stuff and I notice maybe a slight wave. Not sure if it's my flat hair type (although it seems to be recommended for flat hair) but it creates maybe a slight wave. Nothing noticeable for me. It does smell good though.
