I really loved the idea of this product. It didn't work quite as well as I hoped. I used it to clean up my crooked eyeliner, but it ended up smearing it more. Perhaps it is just a user error and I will figure it out on the next try

No better than a QTip

A) They give you spare tips and nowhere to store them. B) The product works OK, but not better than a q-tip dipped in eye makeup remover. C) The felt tip gets dirty after one use. I don't really get this.

Great idea, bad delivery.

The product does get makeup off your eyelids. However, it leaves them so oily that you still need a Q-tip to wipe after wards. Once the tip gets black from mascara, i.e. after ONE use, it just smears color around your eyelids. On the plus side, they give you extra felt tips, but only three, so the pen really only works about 4-5 times before it needs to be replaced. It is not pricey, but even at $5.99, the fact that you can only use it a few times does not make it cost effective.

I am not very good with this tool yet some days it is the perfect fix, others I have made more of a mess because I missed the mark. I am perfecting this and will purchase because I want to have that simple fix down.
