This stuff does work-but by the end of the day, I feel my hair getting a little greasier. So if you skip shampoos, then this may make you shampoo sooner. Overall though, it does work-is it a miracle-no but does work throughout a work day or special occasion, great to have on hand. The smell is nice too

I felt like that I did get some lift from this spray, although I'm not sure as to how much it was related to it containing caffeine. My hair looks nice when I use it, though. I haven't really noticed that much of a difference in fallout, though.
