This looks like a sample, but it lasts a long time. The only problem I found with it was that it left a residue, after drying and application. The lotion has to be scrubbed off, so it wouldn't be good for a makeup primer, and it looks like a lotion, but maybe it's good to use before a face wash?

This product is amazing at tightening your under eye area. It even reduces some of the puffiness out of the hooded part of my eyes! I do have to add an eye cream over this to take care of the dryness/crepe-ness under my eyes, but for tightening it's the best.
