This type of product reminds me of the Dr. Paw Paw balm. It’s very Vaseline like in texture. I don’t really notice a fragrance. It seems to work fine. I used it on my cuticles which are notoriously dry. However, because of the Vaseline feel it is very oily and I find it only practical to use before bed. It is supposed to be an all-purpose balm but I don’t really know what that means. I could use more suggestions for ways to use it or situations it’s good for.
