The smell kind of reminds me of the vinegar we put on our hair in high school after shampooing, to diet angle and make our hair soft and silky! This does the same thing and does it very well! The smell dissipates so quickly it doesn't follow you around! I love it!

The smell is not that bad, and dissipates quickly. The product was easy to apply and didn't need much. I used after applying an Aveda volumizing product and wasn't offended by the smell. It does tame the hair and the apple cider vider adds softness.

This product is supposed to be de-tangler and I have extremely curly and thick hair so I thought it would be a god send...but that has not been case here. The product smells like vinegar and actually made my hair more tangled. I'm not a fan of this one..

I know that vinegar is suppose to strip any gunk that is stuck onto the hair and I do that occasionally. I never thought of misting it in my hair before I tried this product... My hair is super coarse and sometimes looks unhealthy because of it. But, when I used this product and styled my hair like normal, I have to say my hair looked flawless. It was smooth with no frizz and felt soft and looks healthy! I have tried all kinds of silkening products to get this result and failed. I really love this product.. Yes it smells bad at first, but once is is worked in and styled you cant even tell. Big fan. Thanks GlossyBox!

The smell is awful and it sticks around for most of the day unless you apply a more fragrant hair product. I didn't notice any change to my hair, but it could be that I have really really short hair and don't have a use for detangler.
