I must have very oily lids because this eyeliner literally runs like crazy. I put this on and i was in a meeting for couple hours and when i went to the restroom i saw that my liner has completely transferred to my upper lids. I looked ridiculous. So i won't be using this item unless i had no choice. Besides that the texture is great but just not for me.

Looks great; no staying power

This applies nicely and gives an authentic charcoal kohl effect which is really pretty. However, it has no staying power on me, even over a primer. It went everywhere and wore off quickly. I have oily eyelids, so this might work for people who don't.
