This works very well with the corresponding shampoo. The trick is to keep the conditioner on for at least 5 minutes for it to fully absorb and make a difference. I didn\\'t the first time and had a hard time brushing my hair. I typically use the strength cure line in this brand. this is great conditioner but, just not as heavy duty as what my current needs are. Would recommend to someone with short hair or hair that is already in great condition.
