I had a few small breakouts that I used this on at night. It's white and smells like menthol. The spots were gone in the morning. I usually don't use these kinds of treatments because I don't need them. My skin isn't acne prone and I rarely have spots and when I do they are tiny. I can't say how it would work on a bad/deep spot. I haven't had one in a few months.

A great product that works overnight. It burns a little when applying but works fantastic and is worth the initial few minutes of discomfort. I don't like the packaging, very awkward and required cleaning of the applicator before/after each use. I also wish this were translucent or at least dried clear. Going to bed with white spots on the face where this is applied is less than appealing!
