This did not work any wonders on my hair. I have very thick, naturally curly hair and I used this to style my hair after I straightened my hair -- it honestly did not perform any different holding power than any other hairspray for me, but then again, my hair is very long and gets very heavy after straightening. Not a fan of the scent either. Maybe this just was not meant for my hair type, but it seems to work well for others!
