5My first product I have tried from this brand and I really like it! It makes hair feel soft and smooth. I will probably buy the fs Version of this product.

3This product worked fine. I have short hair and it can get pretty wild. My hair was a total disaster the day I used it and it improved my disaster hair. But it definitely didn\\'t save the day. I think that it will be something that I use because I have it, but I would not repurchase.

Great brand
4I have been using Schwarzkopf Professionals hair coloring products and absolutely love the results. When I received the item in my Glossybox I honestly did not pay attention to the brand so I had zero expectations. I liked the smoothing results but my hair wasn\\'t as soft as it is when I use hair oil (which will also help smooth my hair in the winter). My overall impression is neutral. It is an okay product by a fantastic brand but it would not be my first choice.

Yucky hair
1I\\'ve tried their shampoo & conditioner earlier this year. Woke up with really greasy roots & extremely dry ends. I had hopes that this product might work better. Nope! Even with using just a little bit to sample my hair felt like someone poured oil on it. Might work for some but this didn\\'t work for me.
