Gets tacky after putting on, so it does work like a primer, like it says. Not sure I want that for a facial lotion, but works as a good primer

I'm feeling a bit ambivalent about this lotion. I did not care for the smell, which reminded me of cheap hotel soap, but I liked the cooling sensation on my skin. It added just the right amount of hydration to my face after cleansing in the morning.
