I saved this masque for a stressful day and it was just what I needed. It was soothing, smelled fresh and light (not medicinal like some masques I've tried) and it left my face bright and refreshed. I don't know that it really had any long term effects but maybe with continued use? -- For an instant pick me up when you can't go to the spa -- perfect Treat Yourself! item for sure!
