At first I thought the disposable/one use blot and powder idea would be wasteful. These are not! Love them. I used one pad 3x (kept in bathroom), and still had powder to spare. Great blotting. Would definitely pack in purse or for travel.

Its a sponge with very little powder on it. I understand this is an on the go product. You need enough of the product on the applicator to make a difference. I think if it had enough powder to blot your entire face once it would be great. It didn't have enough to do under my eyes. Great idea not enough product.
