I put this on without eye primer and it lasted until I took it off over 7 hours later. It adds a little shimmer. I would have liked to try a color that wasn't as close to my eyelid color.

This eyeshadow pencil is GREAT! It goes on smoothly without any tugging of gentle eyelid area. The color is really beautiful too. I think it would look fantastic on any color skin or eyecolor as well. I put it on, and it has been on now for about 9 hrs. It has not one single crease in it. I used it on purpose without eyeshadow primer. I also used it before cooking, I get real hot & sweaty, so I knew it would be a good test. It still has no creases, no run off, none got in my eyes when I sweated. This is a big shock to me, I have never used an eye pencil that stayed on, didn't crease, and didn't melt off my eyelids in summertime. You will love this product. I promise you will not be disappointed. It is not but $18 for full size. It is AWESOME!

I really love this! The color is great for both day and evening and was super easy to apply. You definitely will need primer, especially if you have oily skin like me. After about an hour it creased up noticeable but with eye shadow primer it stayed put for several hours.
