I Love Tarte and I haven't found a product I'm not satisfied with!! This Power Pigmented Lip Tint is so pigmented hence the name lol, very moisturizing and glides on so beautifully!! I get very dry and chapped lips every winter and after I started using this lip tint my lips have been so moisturizered and NO chapped lips this winter. This product comes in different shades for all skin tones. I highly recommend this lip tint.
