Absolutely loved the thought of trying this patch but it isnt approved by food & drug Administration, as well it has one other ingredient Hemp Cannobidiol 15 mg apply one patch & can be worn up to 12 hrs. Just peel & place on inside of wrist it's been known to relax temporarily aches pain's of joint' & muscles. Only problem I had was keeping it on as I sweat alot
