This day cream feels nice going on and doesn\\'t make foundation look cakey or thick layered on top. In the short run in seems to give basic hydration without being greasy. But I don\\'t like that the 2nd ingredient listed is alcohol; that is extremely bad for your skin in the long term, especially for people who are older or have dry skin, and especially in the winter. I think it\\'s a tad pricey but not necessarily unreasonable, but when you factor in the damaging alcohol it becomes a hard pass for me.
