I have really enjoyed using this milk-type cleanser. I read you can use it with or without water, I always rinse after using. It removes my eye makeup so nicely and leaves my face feeling moisturized. Quite happy with it! I do with the product offered more instructions though, at first I was confused by this product.

I liked the idea of a 3 in 1 product, but it was definitely lacking in the makeup removal area. For something that specifically claims it's an eye makeup remover, it barely removed all of my eye makeup, and left my skin feeling greasy and not so clean.
