Maybe I'm being hard headed but I didn't notice any difference at all after using this product. I liked it, the application, the way it felt was cooling and soothing and for me, dedicating 30 minutes for some down time is a very nice thing but sadly, I noticed zero change in my undereye area which has mild puffiness, dryness.

They did about half the job. I'm not one to normally have bags under my eyes. I woke up after a tearful evening and used my opportunity to use them. I had troublekeeping them on my freshly wwashed and dried face and some of the dark puffiness was still there.
