Very disappointed with the whole experience with Glossybox I have already canceled the subscription it took forever to get to me I didn't receive any email tracking until 2 days before it came

The box is gorgeous and wrapped carefully. Unfortunately, the contents were not my favorite.

my eye shadow stick was broken. I dont think i will use a majority of this stuff. I already have too many eye creams

Much better than previous boxes. Every box should be designed and not plain boring blah

I think it is the worst box I have received to date. I thought I would get the mini perfume or the Prestige serum this month only to be disappointed AGAIN. It is my experience, if you subscribe through GILT CITY at a fraction of the cost you will receive inferior, low priced, sample products. Does anyone there refer to my profile when filling my monthly GLOSSYBOX? I suspect not. I am 68 years old and receive products geared to younger subscribers. I have a stockpile of black mascara that I NEVER wear or use and RED, dark lip products not suitable for a red head. Talk about discriminating against senior citizens. A perfect example!!!!!

I have gotten 3 boxes so far and this was my favorite. I really loved the variety of products. I will use all of them!

I loved the perfume and the box had some nice products. I'd like to see larger sized samples though. Overall good first box !

Outside of box pretty

I must be on the list to get the scraps now. My beauty profile shows Makeup as my preference. I receive Micellar Water (which I cannot use because of rosacea sensitivity), Brow Pencil (I have no interest in using), and Rosewood Reviving Mist (which I would never pick for myself because of allergies). I do not mean to complain, but the last few boxes, I never receive any makeup products. Just Brow Pencils, eye creams, and more face masks.
